About the role

We are hiring a Partnerships Lead to establish and maintain relationships with the professionals and organizations that introduce us to households who need our help. You will own the strategy and the day-to-day for our referral ecosystem: founders of companies, CPAs, real estate agents, divorce and estate attorneys, company HR teams, and other centers of influence.

The Impact

  • You expand the firm’s reach by building a trusted network of professionals who introduce the right clients to Twin Peaks.
  • Every strong partnership gives more households access to thoughtful, personalized wealth advice.
  • You help advisors spend less time prospecting and more time serving clients.
  • Your relationships strengthen Twin Peaks’ reputation as the firm professionals recommend with confidence.
  • You turn introductions into a reliable, scalable growth engine for the firm.

What you'll do

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture a portfolio of referral partners across founders of companies, accounting, legal, real estate, and company HR teams.
  • Design joint programs, events, content, co-marketing, and educational sessions that create real value for partners and their clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with company HR teams to support employees through liquidity events.
  • Track partnership pipeline, referral volume, and revenue impact; report results to firm leadership.
  • Represent Twin Peaks in the community as an articulate, credible ambassador of our brand.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or referral-driven sales, preferably in wealth management, fintech, or professional services.
  • Existing network across CPAs, attorneys, real estate, or HR professionals is a significant plus.
  • Strong relationship instincts, executive presence, and crisp written communication.
  • Comfortable owning a number and reporting to the leadership team.
  • Bay Area or El Segundo-based; willing to be in market and in-person regularly.
